SAMPLING & MOCKUP
To give you a clearer idea of the look and feel of our concept design, we organise samples and mock-ups for you. You can take a closer look at the contract furniture in a sampling session on site or in our showroom and decide together with us on the quality, consistency of the colour concept and harmony of the materials.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROCUREMENT & SUBMISSION
To ensure you have the best possible basis for making decisions when placing a furniture order, we prepare the tender documents down to the last detail - from the exact design and function to the choice of colours and materials. Once the decision in favour of the furniture has been made, we start with order management and confirmation, logistics and coordination. We monitor delivery dates, coordinate installation and assembly and regularly consult with the manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We schedule and coordinate the delivery of the interior fittings down to the hour. The entire order is carefully prepared for delivery in our logistics centre. As soon as your premises are ready for occupation, our project manager will organise the delivery and installation. The inspection and acceptance of the new furniture completes the delivery.
